Our core values

Core values are the fundamental principles, beliefs and behaviours that drive our thoughts, decisions and actions.

They become the inner guiding compass especially when we are under pressure.

Some years ago at Swype we identified that this was an area that needed focus and attention and we created a set of core values that we as a business and our employees by extension are committed to.

This month we took on a very challenging project that exemplified the importance of having these core values.

⭐️ Customer Focus and Quality – this print job was to an incredibly high specification with a lot of finishing operations. Strict QC at every stage was imperative.

⭐️ Transparent and Accountable – the deadlines were incredibly tight. It was impossible to deliver the job in one shot, so we had to agree a schedule of phased deliveries and stick to that.

⭐️ Conscientious and Hard Working – teams from various departments had to pull together on this project, each dependent on the other in committing to and meeting their individual goals.

⭐️ Respect and Integrity – this job pushed us hard, so working as a team and offering support when needed was critical to getting the job done in time.

Really proud of the efforts of the team this week, this job and always.
