Suppliers must:
- Prohibit forced, bonded, or child labour
- Respect workers’ rights, including freedom of association
- Promote fair wages, reasonable working hours, and safe working conditions
- Treat all employees with dignity and without discrimination or harassment
2.3 Environmental Responsibility
Suppliers should minimise their environmental impact by:
- Reducing energy, water, and material use
- Properly managing waste and hazardous substances
- Supporting recycling, reuse, and sustainable sourcing practices
2.4 Supply Chain Transparency
Suppliers are expected to:
- Maintain visibility of their supply chain, including subcontractors

- Cooperate with Swype audits and due diligence requests
